President, Anny Seckerala, chose the Mia bracelet from her award-winning,
debut fall/winter jewelry collection for inclusion in the Backstage
Creations' Celebrity Goodie Bag that will be given to music celebrities
such as Britney Spears, Beyonce, Pink, Shania Twain, Gwen Stefani, and
more, at the Billboard Music Awards on December 10, in Las Vegas.
Ms. Seckerala's jewelry is worn by many Hollywood celebrities, and will be seen in the upcoming feature film and television series, Harmony, which is being produced by Exodus Entertainment (co-owned by famous, award-winning music producer, Timbaland, and award-winning writer and director, Vanessa Middleton). The jewelry will also be presented to music and film celebrities one week earlier at the MTV/SpikeTV Video Game Awards in Las Vegas.

Alexandria, VA, November 11 - The Independent Fashion Awards announced its nominations in New York City, and Seckerala Designs' President and Designer, Anny Seckerala, received three nominations for her debut fall/winter collection. She is nominated for Best Indie New Emerging Designer (In business less than two years), Best Indie Accessory Women's Design (jewelry), and Best Indie Designer of The Year. This is the 2nd Annual Indie Fashion Awards, and the show will be held on November 29, at the Fashion Industries Theatre at 225 West 24th Street, in New York City.
The nominations come on the heels of Ms. Seckerala's win of the Profile Award for Best Accessories at the Industry 212 Show at the Jacob Javitz Center September 29-October 1. The Industry 212 Show, an affiliate of MAGIC International, is recognized as an industry trend-setting show highlighting accessories, which is the fastest-growing segment in the fashion marketplace.
Ms. Seckerala's jewelry and accessory designs are couture-fashion inspired and have attracted the attention of not only her peers in the industry, retailers and consumers, but Hollywood and celebrities. BEST IN ACCESSORIES SHOW AT INDUSTRY 212
New York, NY, October 7 - The Profile Awards were announced during a special reception held on the first day of Industry (212), New York's largest apparel and accessories show, which took place at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, September 29- October 1. With ten categories that recognize achievement across the Accessories, Junior, Casual Lifestyle/Better, Young Contemporary/Contemporary and Streetwear markets, the Profile Awards have not only become a much anticipated highlight of the show, but also an accurate barometer of some of the hottest trends in the fastest-growing segments in the fashion marketplace.
The distinguished panel of fashionista judges consisting of Joiee Thorpe, Associate Accessories Editor, Teen People, Stephanie Romano, Fashion Editor, Tobe Report and Donna McCoy, Fashion Market Editor, Honey, winnowed a field of more than 700 exhibitors to select the designers and brands featuring the most important looks and styles for the Resort 2003 and Spring seasons. The clear Lucite award featured a silhouette of a dress form with a hanger on top and the New York skyline etched in its center.
First-time exhibitor at the Industry 212 trade show, Seckerala Designs, which showed its line of trendy and chic couture inspired accessories, won the award for Best of Accessories. What set apart the Seckerala line from the others was the tremendous amount of interest shown by many Hollywood celebrities wearing the line.
